○ SPECIALIZED TRAINING, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE:

Degree Required BSME or BSEE preferred

• Welding and Stamping Experience preferred but not a must

• Must have the ability to lift items up to 45 pounds

• Must be able to read analog and digital measurement tools such as calipers, flush gages, tapper scales, and metric rulers.

• Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office application such Excel, Power Point, and Word.

• Able to Work weekends to support Customer needs

• Analytical Problem Solving Skills a Must

• Verbal and written communication skills required

• PPAP, ISIR, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Technical writing skill required

 

○ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Factory environment with noise from manufacturing environment. Exposure to moving equipment, parts and electrical shock. Possible serious injury due to carelessness around equipment.

• Daily lifts, carries or moves objects – up to 45 pounds.

○ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support the daily activities of his/her Respective Team Members

• Support Short Term C/A and containment activities when poor quality events occur

• Support cross functional root cause investigation teams

• Effectively Complete Customer 3 Panels Communications and submit to Customer when required

• Analysis data collected from QA Auditor and QA Measurement Techs and provide process recommendations to Production Management

• Establish a working relationship between Sewon and Customer

• Create KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for their respective group that support Upper Management Objectives

• Enforce all rules, regulations, and initiatives

• Maintain Quality Documentation (PFMEAs, CP, CS, II, etc.) accuracy

• Host morning QA Meeting with respective members to relay critical Quality information at the beginning of each shift

• Develop KC’s (Key Characteristics) and SC (Safety Characteristics) for assigned parts

• Present Weekly Quality Trend Data to Executive Management

• Mentor and support the growth of assigned Quality Team Leaders and Members

• Conduct internal audits on Systems and Procedures
