▣ 자격요건

 

◎ 경력 : 경력 5년이상 ~ 10년이하

 

◎ 학력 : 대학(교) 졸업

 

◎ 외국어 : 필수 영어(중상) - 현지인과의 업무 진행을 위한 소통 가능 수준

 

◎ 그 외 자격요건

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in freight forwarding industry, managerial experience of Ocean Operations is a plus.

• Knowledge in Forwarding Operations system, Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

• Fluency in Korean and English

• Independent, initiative, responsible, logical minded and detail-minded

• Able to work under pressure

• Immediate available is highly preferred

◎ 고용형태 : 정규직

◎ 근무시간 : 40 시간/일

 

◎ 급여(한화) : 면접 후 결정

 

◎ 비자타입 : 취업비자

▣ 주요업무내용

 

• Take over the technical leadership of a team, conduct staff appraisals and be responsible for optimizing workflows within the team.

• Supervise the processing of complaints and claims and work closely with the office operation.

• Managing overall sales and profit. Find efficiency on business aspect.

• Keep satisfying existing customers and take an active role to develop operation process.

• Manage and lead the team to ensure the smooth flow of the ocean operations.

• Operations KPI / Outstanding report & Follow up with internal departments.

• Monitor & review performance of volume / performance of customers & provide best solutions to customers.
